Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Unfortunately, returns can not be offered if your item was purchased more than 30 days prior.

Exchanges

AGB Weatherproofing Technologies is only able to replace items that are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at bree@agbtechno.com or return your item to:  AGB Weatherproofing Technologies 955 Taylor Street, Elyria, OH 44035.
